    I’m thinking that paying almost 18 thou for a pair of kicks when the money could be spent helping someone less fortunate is a sad indication of contemporary culture today. If a museum bought a pair to exhibit as an example of early 21st century craftsmanship…perhaps. Otherwise, too decadent for words!
